Named after the Kentucky rock outfit, this IPA pays homage to the incredible blend of psychedelic, electronic, roots music that could only be produced by Morning Teleportation.

5.1% ABV | 23 IBU | Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL • Our Scottish Ale uses a combination of pale malt, CaraPils, Chocolate Malt, and Carafa Special along with an English yeast stain to give it body and mouthfeel. It is hopped with Hercules and Cascade, and dry hopped East Kent Goldings and Fuggles, both from the UK. The result is a malt-forward beer with some caramel-like malt flavors and a soft and chewy mouthfeel.

It was first brewed by the Paulaner Monks 375 years ago to nurish them during fasting. They called thiers Salvator, meaning savior, and many imitaions carry the "-ator" in their names. With ours, you can expect a strong dark copper beer with the flavor of alcohol, raisin, chocolate, and dark toast.

6.6% ABV | 38 IBU | 7SRM I Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL • Presenting our "basket of flowers" a Belgian style Saison, which in French means season. This style is traditionally brewed during winter in Southern Belgium and in northern France to be served in the summertime. The name says it all! Pale gold, with a floral and fruity aroma, and a spicy flavor of grass, lemon, orange, and white pepper. Finishes bone dry and beckons the next sip. Happy Season!!

We hand-selected a barrel of whiskey, and after enjoying the spirit, we repurposed the barrel to create something truly special. We filled the barrel with our rich, robust Stone Creek Stout and let it age for six months. The result? A perfectly balanced stout with deep notes of vanilla, toffee, and bourbon, complemented by the chocolate and roasted malt flavors that make this brew so exceptional. Cheers to the art of barrel-aging!

The King is a Dunkelweizen, a dark wheat beer style that originated in Germany. It is, just as smooth as it sounds, a combination of German-style hefeweizen using a generous amount of wheat malt and darker malts such as chocolate and carafa. It offers a combination of the spiciness, banana, and clove characteristics of a hefeweizen with the subtle toastiness and chocolate character of a dark beer.

Guinness Extra Cold is the exact same beer only served through a super cooler at 3.5 °C
