Our take on a mild spring pale ale, and this beer is made with Mandarina Bavaria and Cascade hops. True to their name they are full of sweet orange citrus flavor invoking tangerines, mandarin oranges, and clementines. Served with a slice of orange, it's the perfect spring welcoming beer.

7.3% ABV | 38 IBU | 7SRM I Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL • Presenting our "basket of flowers" a Belgian style Saison, which in French means season. This style is traditionally brewed during winter in Southern Belgium and in northern France to be served in the summertime. The name says it all! Pale gold, with a floral and fruity aroma, and a spicy flavor of grass, lemon, orange, and white pepper. Finishes bone dry and beckons the next sip. Happy Season!!
