Lets Ride, IPA - American
6.4% ABV | 27 IBU | Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL • This hazy east coast style IPA creates a low bitterness and bursts of a massive hop flavor and aroma. One of the few beers that we double dry hopped with Citra and Australian Galaxy hops, which creates citrus, peach, and tropical taste notes.
Side Saddle Scottish Ale
5.1% ABV | 23 IBU | Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL • Our Scottish Ale uses a combination of pale malt, CaraPils, Chocolate Malt, and Carafa Special along with an English yeast stain to give it body and mouthfeel. It is hopped with Hercules and Cascade, and dry hopped East Kent Goldings and Fuggles, both from the UK. The result is a malt-forward beer with some caramel-like malt flavors and a soft and chewy mouthfeel.

Lager means age, and our Märzen was allowed to lager for 4 weeks prior to kegging. This lends to a smoother profile and more enjoyable beer drinking experience. We use a combination of pilsner malt, Carapils, CaraRED, and Cara Amber to create a smooth and somewhat sweet beer, then add a touch of Hallertau Mittelfruh hops for balance. A perfect fall beer, Prost!
