Heisenberg's favorite wheat ale lends notes of oats and bright lemony flavor. 5.1% ABV | 23 IBU | Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL • Our Scottish Ale uses a combination of pale malt, CaraPils, Chocolate Malt, and Carafa Special along with an English yeast stain to give it body and mouthfeel. It is hopped with Hercules and Cascade, and dry hopped East Kent Goldings and Fuggles, both from the UK. The result is a malt-forward beer with some caramel-like malt flavors and a soft and chewy mouthfeel.

6.6% ABV | 38 IBU | 7SRM I Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL • Presenting our "basket of flowers" a Belgian style Saison, which in French means season. This style is traditionally brewed during winter in Southern Belgium and in northern France to be served in the summertime. The name says it all! Pale gold, with a floral and fruity aroma, and a spicy flavor of grass, lemon, orange, and white pepper. Finishes bone dry and beckons the next sip. Happy Season!!

4.7% ABV | 49 IBU | 6 SRM I Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL •In celebration of the Frankfort Bluegrass Festival, Trails Edge Brewing Co. in Frankfort and Route 66 Old School Brewing in Wilmington collaborated on this special brew. This session IPA offers low alcohol, but the complex combination of malt and hops offer surprisingly great flavor.

5.8% ABV | 30 IBU | 12 SRM I Trail's Edge Brewing Co. | Frankfort, IL • Märzen is an amber lager associated with the Oktoberfest bier festival in Munich, Germany. Lager means age, and our Märzen was allowed to lager for 4 weeks prior to kegging. This lends to a smoother profile and more enjoyable beer drinking experience. We use a combination of pilsner malt, Carapils, CaraRED, and Cara Amber to create a smooth and somewhat sweet beer, then add a touch of Hallertau Mittelfruh hops for balance. A perfect fall beer, Prost!

6.5% ABV | Seattle Cider Company | Seattle, WA • A light, crisp cider with just a touch of sweetness. Honey in color with notes of bergamot, lemon and apple, this refreshing cider reveals hints of citrus and cinnamon on the palate.
